Lori takes the stress out of booking a holiday. So many times I've wished I did my research before I go and now I leave that to Lori. She understood straight away what kind of holiday we wanted to book and matches the hotel to your needs. She also went that extra mile to make sure everyone in my party was catered for (wheelchair assistance throughout the journey etc). I changed details a few times too and it was no trouble for her to help us. The price was good too, shop local, travel happy!
