    After paying you dont exist. Have been fighting with them over a piece of garbage water heater they installed for about $1200, that can only fill a standard sized bathtub halfway before there is no hot water left. Emails ignored. They requested an appointment to try a new dip tube and nobody showed up. Waited 4.5 hours for them. Extremely dishonest business. UPDATE: they have ignored my complaints for five months now.

    Over priced!! Unjustified charges and always late to your house! Charged a min of $100 each technician (always two show up)45 min cost me almost $500!? For a simple no obstruction rooter and camera use!?? Unbelievable!!!

    Phoned 3-4 times trying to find a suitable replacement for our gas fireplace. Left messages each time with the ladies and not once did I get a call back. This makes it HARD to "shop local".

    Poor response to multiple calls regarding sewer gas in my home. Just wanted someone to stop in and let me know if combustible or dangerous to breathe. Still have not had any response after three days and four phone calls.
