Rude, curt, bad customer service. The manager who’s usually on shift (a larger man) is often rude. I’ve experienced his rudeness to myself, and also others. I will be taking my business to the other local Tim Horton’s for sure just to interact with someone other than the grumpy large manager at the downtown Tim’s. The other employees are great.

Worst drive thru experience ever! Ordered two decaf coffees was told they only had enough for one-was offered a regular instead then the drive thru worker proceeded to argue with me when I said no I want two decaf She was mad that I continued to ask for them and made sure I knew I had upset her day by making her do her job. In the time she spent trying to make me take something I didn’t want the pit could have been brewed.
