If possible I would give less than one star. I had an endless list of problem's with my flooring install. Starting with the flooring being deliveìred on the afternoon I had asked the install to begin that morning but still needing 48 hours to acclimatize prior to install. The installer had to be called to show up in the mornings, or didn't show up at all. They forgot to undercut some door jamb's but did other's. Some jambs that were undercut only had flooring laid to the jamb not under it. Countless gaps too big to hide with baseboard, splice in moulding where we specifically ordered longer pieces to avoid this. Conveniently had zero extra flooring or underlay left when extra was ordered to replace any damage in the future( I consider this theft). Installer glued down moulding with the intention of staining if after it was on my floor when the rest of the floor is already finished. I was told by the install co-ordinator that they can't get enough installers and will hire anybody that comes through the door with a bit of experience. For the high prices they charge i expect at least a semi professional attempt at installing but this appears to have been done by amateurs. Should have done it myself. When these problems we're shown to the Coordinator they made half assed attempts to fix a couple but ignored most. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR RENOVATIONS!!!
