took my car here to have a control arm replaced. when they hoisted my car up they did it wrong and snapped one of my rear spring. The mechanic proceeded to tell me that it was broken when I dropped it off, than he demanded I remove my car from his lot immediately. the receptionist was the rudest person Ive ever encountered. she wouldnt make eye contact with me while talking to her. this shop is $20 cheaper than the rest because its the only way they can get business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
Alpine Auto gave me one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The girl working at reception was rude, condescending and unhelpful. That said, I spoke to one mechanic who was friendly and reasonable. I have no reason to complain about the work done, although it was hard to work out what they did and did not do to my car. The price I was charged seemed high and overall I regret choosing Alpine Auto.
We had some problems with our car and went to Alpine Auto Centre. They did not fix the problems correctly and we went back to them later. They checked the car again and told us it was ok. An hour later our car broke down on the highway in the middle of nowhere. Hence, we paid for their inspection, the so called "repair" and the towing. Worst service ever! Do not go there!
