The service I have received from Ferguson Equipment over many years has been excellent, beyond expectation.

I went in expecting to spend $1500 on chimney piping I didn’t need. Drew tried to problem solve on a pellet stove he didn’t even sell me and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Super impressed by his integrity and grateful that I now have a working stove without spending unnecessarily.

Have known this business and have purchased thousands in equipment and parts over the years.I have found since new owners took over,the service is terrible and treated like crap.The owner has an attitude issue or two and has no customer service skills.Wouldn't honor warranty on equipment Ive purchased there.I take my business to B&L small engine now and they've bee great.
