I have eaten at hello toast several times. Although their ingredients are high quality, this last time my tea cup had someone else’s lipstick on it. When I asked for new tea they didn’t apologize, and it took me almost to the end of my meal to get my tea, then they forgot my honey, and then I didn’t have time to drink it. I still had to pay for it.
Terrible just terrible the first time in my life I had to return the food and leave lumps of burnt black crunchy gross black stuff in the hashbrowns stale rock hard bread totally disappointed can not recommend this place
Service is very good and friendly. Food came quickly. Every bit of the food was absolutely delicious (had the vegetarian grilled cheese, a yam/coconut soup, and seasoned potatoes). I highly recommend checking this place out.

The food is amazing, this restaurant is always busy and staff always serves will a smile. The atmosphere is welcoming with a menu as eclectic as its customers. Love taking our friends&family from out of town here. Words cannot describe it, you have to experience Hello Toast to understand how great it truly is. Don't miss out!
I was in the area for a meeting and looked up to see what had favourable reviews online and noticed this restaurant. Lunch options limited compared to their breakfast options and I had the Coco Chicken. It was really saucy, shredded chicken and tasted alright served on brown rice. The grapefruit juice likely came from concentrate. I would go back to check out their breakfast before I would form a final opinion. The restaurant was very busy and the service very prompt and friendly.
