Total Carpet Upholstery Cleaning

I almost didn’t hire them because of the reviews. I found the man who came and cleaned my vents very thorough and helpful. When I first called the man on phone was very abrupt, but didn’t find him rude. I explained my allergies and they came the next day. On time. I will hire them again to do my vents. And there very reasonably prices.

I got my carpets done by them recently and they came out so nice they look like new. There where some really bad stains that didn't come all the way out. They where really nice and let me know that some stains need two passes to come out a lot better. They came back again free of charge to work on the stains. You can barely even see them now and my carpet practically looks new.

Great service that we continue to call back for them. They were able to come to our home the next day and for a great price. We recommend them to our family and friends.

Top notch on cleaning..have older carpets and they did a beautiful job..recommend them to all my friends..

Worst customer service ever!!!! The manager of this company was so rude that I cancelled my appointment. I will never use this company again and have shared my story about my experience with Total Carpet to many!

Not sure where these old 5 star reviews are coming from. I would like to rate this company and 0 star but I'm forced to give it a 1. I just had my carpets cleaned by total carpet care last week and I'm beyond disappointed. They did such a terrible job I'm debating ripping out the carpet and putting down laminate now. I called up the owner of total carpet care and never had such terrible customer service in my life. He wanted to do absolutely nothing to fix the mess they made.

I just moved into my new home and wanted to get the previous owners carpets cleaned. It was a new plush, fluffy carpet before total carpet care arrived. When I arrived home my carpet was soaking wet and now the fluffy, plush feel my carpet use to have is completely gone. I called up total carpet care and they wanted to do absolutely nothing to fix the mess they made. I rarely write reviews but I want to save all the other good people out there from using terrible services like this one.
