We thought we had to buy a new dishwasher ... After the installation of a granite counter top, side mount screws were used to replace the top mount screw to re secure the dishwasher. This distorted its frame, the door did not close properly, and we experienced off-and-on starting problems which we thought to be caused by its electronics. Tony recognized the problem, removed the side mount screws, - and saved us a lot of money! Very professional approach, we would recommend him anytime!
My husband and I are renovation contractors. We had Tony repair a stove top for a client of ours and he has also repaired my freezer at home. He is very professional, knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone requiring in home repair for their appliances.
I'm renting, and called Tony for a washing machine issue. He made an appointment within 2 days (which was wonderful news!) and organized with my landlord for payment without complaint or hassle! Would give zero stars if i could. Misdiagnosed fridge issue after paying for the part. Dragged on for a month with excuse after excuse why he couldnt finish job. I decided to cut my losses after a month of waiting and experiencing condesending and disrespectful behavior. Went to someone else that had it fixed within 24 hours with service and a smile. Would never recommend this guy. Truly a horrible customer experience.
Tony is one of those service guys that you hope never retires. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Have used his services twice now and both times he was friendly, explained everything, and tried the most cost effective solution first and got the job done promptly. Recently Tony came to repair my front loading washer. A drill bit had gotten stuck and I was concerned it would wreck the machine. He came by when he said he would and was able to retrieve the bit quickly with only the minimum charge. I was so happy to be able to do laundry again and not be facing a huge bill!

I was very happy with the service I received from Tony today regarding my broken washing machine. He arrived promptly, which on a Saturday was much appreciated, and was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and also gave me tips to keep my washing machine functioning properly. His rates were very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely call him again if I have issues with my appliances.
