As the owner of Wine Kitz I would like to respond to the customers comment. The customer purchased the wine for his father in June 2012. His father never showed up for his first or second bottling appointment and did not call to cancel or rebook. After attempts to reschedule the appointment the father said he would get back to us, yet he never did. After a year, by law, we are obligated to dispose of any unclaimed wine. The father finally came in nearly two years later inquiring about his wine at which point we explained the situation. At the time he seemed to understand. We are very sorry for this unfortunate incident, as this is an isolated case. We have tried to make contact with the customer since but to no avail. We pride ourselves with running this business with great customer service and product.
