    If lake Cowichan ...

    If lake Cowichan Tim Horton isn't out of business within the next year, I'd be surprised. They are by far the worst tims I've ever been to. They don't have what's one the menu. For example u ask for a plain bagel... They don't have that one. Okay I'll get a sesame bagel. "Nope, we don't have that either", what about another kind? Forget it, give me a blt. "We don't have bacon. " Really?? You get to the point where your like, what do you have!? It's pathetic to say the least. This place must be hemorrhaging money because I've heard the same complaints from dozens of ppl. They are have incapable staff, they can't even follow a simple recipe like putting mayo on a bun with meat and cheese throws them off. Do yourself a favor and don't bother!

    Fire the staff, get a ner manager.

    Never have what I want from the menu, so when I order what little they do have they mess up the order, so miles down the road I have to waist my gas turn around and deal with the this. They do not have a variety of cookies, nor multi grain bagels, herb buns, English muffins, chicken for the Panini, hash browns or assortment of doughnuts. Lettuce is white, pay a dollar for extra cream cheese to find only 1tbsp added. Sauce is not spread on thrown in one area, doughnuts are thrown into bags therefor the icing sticks to bag. Coffee burns ones mouth. Menu says combo ask what drink it includes only to find they charge extra because the drink I want costs more, nothing on menu states this. worst Location. POOR employees. Today I ordered 2 herb topped extreme Italian sandwiches two small coffees two doughnuts and one ham and swiss sandwich.. total 18.50This is what I got...one ham and swiss sandwich, and two buns that included two pieces of swiss cheese and lettuce ONLY! two small coffees and two doughnuts..home now im stuck with this! Customers think before you spend 5.00 on this!!! go to country grocer here at the lake to the deli..youll get what u pay for and then some.

    Disappointing

    This is the worst tim hortons i have ever ate at. Half the time they dont have whats on the menu. the other half the time they hire people who are very incapabable of taking a proper order little lone making the items on the menu. Very disappointing!
