TERRIBLE! First they forgot about our order, I called after two hours and they said it would come right away and would be"fresh." Well it wasn't fresh and my lasagna was wrong. It took over 30 mins to deliver the replacement. It was wrong, again! I called them, they put the owner on the phone, who then called me a liar, saying there is no way they messed up the order again. He argued with me for 10 mins, while insulting me and being extremely rude. I've been going here for 20 years, never again!
I shall never set foot in this establishment again. The service was ignorant, aloof, and reprehensible. I had heard the food was quite good which was why I decided to give it a try, however, I never got to taste it due to the horrible excuse of a waitress with whom I had to deal. This young lady would be better suited for employment as a mortician as she has no business engaging with live people in a service capacity. A restaurant is only as strong as it''s weakest link, unfortunately, for me and the restaurant, I was presented with the weakest link.
My family and I Order take out quite often from there and it is always delicious! Although the service is terrible... The ladies that work the front counter/answer the phone are incredibly rude! They have no phone manners when we place our order and they are even worse when we pick it up. We will continue to go to andeas as it is close to home and we love the food! But just a hint to the people that work there... Be happy!! Life's not that bad :)
We've eaten at Andreas many times but it isn't what it once was. I'm not sure if they have new mgmt or what but they should bring back the old staff. The food was OK, staff are TERRIBLE...bordering on rude. I guess it's good value because the portions are large but i wont be going back- i even tried ordering for delivery and the driver was rude. Not worth it.
Any reviews prior to 2009 should be disregarded. This restaurant has been remodeled/new carpets and the majority of plants have been removed, which is a good thing (still the same owner) . The food is excellent, their Greek Salad is to die for, and the service is very good. Prices are moderate and there is something for everyone!
The food was really good, but the place was filthy. The table cloth, chairs, placemats, water glasses, and cuttlery were disgusting.
Although the food was really good, I will not return due to the dirtiness of restaurant.
