    Everything you read on the reviews is bang on. Also spent thousand here. Made an appointment for Dyno tuning 2weeks in advance, and the morning of the appointment -as I'm driving to their shop- get a phone call from a sales rep saying I'm going to have to reschedule. Their tech called in sick with Covid. No apology, arrogant, and rude. Ask to speak to a manager, nope. Went to the store and was told to gtfo by rep in front of my wife and daughter. Zero accountability from ownership down.

    The worst service...

    The worst service ever here!!!! These guys are very rude and argue with you in returns and what not I have spent thousands and thousands here. My advice to people is if you not in a rush and can wait 5-10 days order everything online you will save a substantial amount of money!!!!

    I'd give them 0 stars if possible i bought a thousand dollars worth of autometer gauges from them and 1 didn't work right out the box i took it back only to be told that it would have to go back to autometer for warranty and if i wanted that gauge that day I'd have to buy another 1 so i did and another 300$ later i have a gauge that works now a month after i dropped the gauge off for warranty i call to see what's going on they inform me that it's going to take about 3 months to get my money back unless i want to pay 60$ to ship it faster when i told the manager that wasn't acceptable he said to bad and over the course of our conversation he interrupted me several times and ended the call by hanging up on me mid sentence so in the end I'll be taking my business online from now on which by they way if i didn't need the parts that day would have cost me 750$ to my door and now I'm out 1300$ at this point I'm still waiting for mopac to refund me for the replacement

    I have been dealing with mopac in langley for about 5 years. Great staff here very helpfull,and the guys that work in the shop are top notch.
