    Great shop! Reasonable prices and my special order carpet came in on time and was exactly what I had in mind. Gary, the installer did a great job laying the carpet for me. The shop took back some underlay which it turned out I did not need, which I really appreciate. People here seem honest and eager to help the customer. Thanks again!

    Very disappointed in your customer service! My daughter granddaughter and I came in to check out flooring. I would like to say the "gentleman" behind the counter did not even acknowledge us and when we were asking questions to each other he did not even offer his assistance! We did ask him some prices and he was very blunt with us! Unfortunately for your company he will lose us! Sad as a mother I am paying for my daughter and her husbands house to have flooring throughout their 2000 sq ft home:(

At times, it is quite busy, however we still aim to get to each customer as best we can during those peak times.     I ordered laminate flooring by phone from Kamloops. I knew which flooring I wanted and initially spoke to Philip and then Dave. Both were extremely helpful. Even when there was some minor damage during shipping Dave looked after it right away and had replacement product sent out. Oh, did I mention best price by a long shot? Couldn't be happier.

    A horrible compan...

    A horrible company to deal with that doesn't provide customer service to their customers, or honour warranties like respectable companies with integrity do. I highly recommend not using this outfit, as I will never, ever return to that store for anything.

    We have a store policy that our customers don't sort the boxes of natural slate. Unfortunately, this policy was not followed and this customer was able to open boxes and sort and inspect every piece to find the rust colored tiles they wanted. They were then repacked by the customer. An employee never handled the product and was in perfect condition when loaded by the customer in their vehicle. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee product in perfect condition once it leaves our store. If the no open policy was followed and damage was found after leaving the store; as always we would have gladly replaced the product. We Thank you for your feedback, we have learned that we need to follow procedure with keeping factory boxes intact without sorting. In order to protect our valued customers and our quality control of this beautiful random product.
