    Fixer upper

    I have started going back to the gym after an injury sidelined me for about a month. As usual the first few months back are the hardest so I see Bev to help speed up the recovery process. She seems to know exactly where the pain and the issues are even before I tell her. She digs deep and releases the muscle aches and tension and my mobility is much better within hours after the treatment. I recommend her to anyone looking for pain relief or anyone looking to help their bodies recover faster after playing sports or a hard workout at the gym.
