Pioneer Fireplace

The customer service is absolutely appalling once you have bought from them. My blower broke after 2 seasons of use. They charged me $180 to send a “technician” out who brought no test equipment and said he didn’t know what was wrong. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $520 just to replace it. $700 plus tax for a fan that may work for 2 years??? I don’t think so. I did the research online myself and ordered parts on Amazon and didn’t even have to spend $75.00.

we got two of there gas fireplaces both broke within first month when guy finally came to repair he didn't have the right parts when he finally came back with the parts he didn't put the second fireplace back together. now i leave for 3 days and come back and remote isn't working leaving me to freeze over holidays thanks pioneer for your sub standard equipment work ethic and customer services. if the charged half of what they did knowing what i no now it'd decline services.

Terrible. They are smooth salesman but after that your on your own. Fireplace installed was delaywed by over a month then when installed it was installed not according to manufacture specifications. The height of the chimney is wrong as well with promises to fix that has never happened. Do Not Buy From Here.
