I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

The service is fantastic. I was in on a question..NO PURCHASE. & they were very helpful. The fact I wasnt spending $$ that day & the help I got. will take me back to buy when I need something.. Thanks staff.

Absolute worst service/place to buy any electronics! I bought theyre warranty because they told me that if anything goes wrong with the product they would replace it right away no questions.....that was a lie!! Ill never shop there again!

Nicole was such a huge help . She took her time explaining everything I needed to know before leaving the store . Sure made my day...learning something new 🙂

very bad costumer service guy had no clue what he was talking about really wish they would hire someone with a degree or at least help the costumers instead of telling me to go somewhere else like make some money for your business
