    We are in town for five days. Last night we went to the Black Iron Grill and were blown away by the patio atmosphere, attentive service, and exquisite food. We returned this evening and were equally blown away. We will certainly return within the span of our trip and again next year for our annual vacation. Would highly recommend to others.

    By chance drove past the Black Iron this past Sunday and the sign outside advertised a Prime Rib buffet that evening not being a buffet guy i was a bit skeptical but decided to give it a go and was pleasently surprised. Not a large buffet but there was ample food including fresh salads along with great mashed potatoes a chicken dish and some of the best Prime Rib i have enjoyed in some time. They even have a decent dessert selection and all for less than $20.00 if your over 50 like i am! We will definately be back for the Prime Rib and our server informed us they have a great special on Steak and Prawns on Thursday so we will be checking tha out also.

    My wife had steak and lobster it was fantastic. I had prime rib. Had to send it back. Dry and ice cold. Asked for a new York medium rare instead came blue. Still waiting for my meal.

    Fantastic service, food & environment

    This restaurant is on the edge of Lakeshore, but worth the find. It is attached to the days inn, but don't let that bother you. This is a first class restaurant, with old fashion great customer service. Steaks, and prime rib, and chicken were all perfectly done. They have an local wine menu, with many choices. The server had good knowledge of the wines. This place is romantic, but also family oriented.
