Doctor Hall was very prompt and thorough with my eye exam. He discussed my diagnosis and treatment in plain language. In fact he took the time to show me the actual images of my eye scans. I would describe my experience as very satisfactory.

absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever experienced. bot hte doctor and staff are very rude. I showed up for a first appointment of the day. 2 patients arrive. doctor is 10 mins late arriving. 8 mins later he after scrambling around he comes in and calls in a different patient, remember. 3 weeks earlier he makes my appointment. I show up. 3 weeks later. and he calls in a new patient. as this patient had to fill out paper work. i was dumbfounded. when I inquired to the secretary she rude
