    Richmond E-Bike sell low quality products. When they break, they blame it as customer's fault. Buy better yet cheaper E-bikes somewhere else. Few years ago, when I retightened bolts of their newly bought bike (a normal procedure which I applied to bikes, as recommended by professional cyclists), one of bolts was broken (even with slightest of force). When I sought help from them, the owner ridiculed of what I had done, and charged me over $70 for a single bolt. Beside, the attitude of the ow

    AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN GET TO THE PERFECT E-BIKE

    Richmond E-Bike has fantastic bikes and the 2 owners give even more fantastic service. I am glad I bought my e-bike from them. They made sure everything was adjusted to my satisfaction, patiently answered all questions and even went above and beyond by coming to my home to check a problem. Not many stores will do this anymore; they are as GOOD AS GOLD.
