Thought i could trust her to give my long long hair a trim and clean it up a bit. Was very addimit of not lossing my length. My lenght of thickness are wgat makes my hair, i always wear it up and in buns and braid. My hair was to my waist. Long hair down to my waist line is now a couple inches past my shoulders at the sides. With a strip right at the back 3-4 inches longer then the sides. And layers. I cant belive she cut layers in my hair. A layer at the very top back of my hair, less then 3 incehes long. It will not go into a ponytail!! I put it in a ponytail and this top layer falls out. Im left with a tuft of lose hair above my ponytail.. And the layers are uneven and chunky. I NO LONGER HAVE LONG HAIR!! OVER HALF OF MY LENGHTH IS GONE. In places over 8 inches gone!!! My super long hair is now medium length, chuncky layered hair with a longer tail in the back. I can no longer put it in a bun. Layers are to short and fall out, it will no longer wear it in a braid, the layers just fall out. And in z ponytail, nope cant wear it tgat way either. The top layer falls out and looks horrible. When i leave it down it looks like a puffy mess. Chunky and layered uneven. She even asked how much length she should take off befor she began to cut. She showed me the length she woul like to take. I said NO NO DONT TAKE THAT MUCH. That is too much. Well she ended up takibg off 3 to 4 times that length. I am devistated that this medium length mop is what im left with.. ALL MY LONG HAIR IS GONE. No longer have my super long long hair. Over 15 years of growing it gone!! Just ugly short chuncky mess. I cant touch it or even look at it or i cry!
