I went into dennys after a long 14 hour shift. I went in and got good service from 2 servers. Everything was good. Ordered a lumberjack it was delicious. I asked for the bill and for it too be packed but the server midheqrd so she threw them out. I was waited there until i left and paid. Lady said she asked for new ones but i left and called the manager. MANAGER was very nice and he came out and gave me the pancakes. And insisted i take a free lumberjack coupon. Super professional and nice guy.
This was an excellent experience. By far, one of the best Denny's franchise I have been to in the Lower Mainland. It was a very busy Saturday and nobody in the staff looked overwhelmed. Everyone was calm and collected. Our order was taken and our food was brought out In a timely manner, the server was so nice. The manager and supervisor were handling the restaurant so well and I really respect the owner for helping with cleaning tables and supporting his wait staff. Very impressed!
Had breakfast there this morning it was excellent. Service was the best I have had at this location . Shalini was our waitress she some how made my daughter feel special great job. I will be back for sure
Customer service zero??. Server was t taking to us by facing in other side. When she was serving drinks, it was like she throwing on us. It was very unpleasant. Steak wasn't properly good. I told them and changed it but it was not good from inside. I'm never going back their ever again.
