Just went to this location today October 1st 2018 and they refused a transmition fluid change, went couple weeks ago and they offered a whole transmition fluid change + oil change but I only got oil change, so decided today to get the fluid change and they said they dont do that here. You should get better customer service reps that know what they are talking about better to ask the mechanics in the shop rather then the reps. Never seen such terrible service before.

Fast and efficent. Tells me what is REALLY needed and doesn’t try to up sell me on unneccesary services! Love this place

Used to be great! New owners now and will not be going back. They could not even figure out how to reset my maintenance computer.

Terrible. I went there two weeks ago and had a feeling they didn't refill my washer fluid and they never checked my tires. Went to use the fluid today and I'm totally out. Those are parts of the service I paid for with an oil change and they were cheap and didn't do it intentionally. The owner was walking around supervising too! If this is what he approves it goes to show the care for customers. Would not go back.
