Worst dining experience ever. I went there today and got a bowl of pho with well-done beef(what it says on the menu) since I cannot eat raw beef. The beef was so hard to chew and I don''t believe it's fully cooked at all. I tried to ask the waitress who has straight bang and yellowish brown hair, I said "excuse me " twice and she ignored me twice! I was sitting in front of the counter and obviously she noticed I was in need of help but she chose to ignore me anyways and continued with her work

I try the bun Bo hue at every pho spot I find. I am usually disappointed by the flavour of the broth as almost all places do it differently. this is some of the best I've had in the lower mainland so far. the soup was loaded with a generous portion of proteins and veggies as well. this will definitely be my regular spot in this neighborhood
