    No hearts?

    My husband and I had the most unfortunate experience of hiring this company to move us from Surrey to Langley last Friday. The movers who showed up did not bring booties or floor runners and as a result, heavily stained our carpets. They also broke our expensive Restoration Hardware dining table. Have not had any response from their "Claims" department despite multiple calls and emails. Completely unacceptable customer service. Customer beware, do not use this company.

    Highly recommend these guys to take care of your moving needs. They just moved my entire home in March 2016 and it was a very positive experience from the start. Placing an order was a quick and easy, they even responded to my e-mails on Sunday! A night before the move, the guys called to let me know when they are coming. Showed up on time and with smiles, complete the move without any delay (even quicker then estimated)and were very courteous and friendly. I will use this company again &again!

    Absolutely the worst moving company ever. I bought a cooler from another store and asked these guys to move it, they said they'd show up by 1:30pm but didn't show up by 2pm. Then they came into the store and one guy was trying to move the cooler while the other "senior" guy told him to stop because he doesn't "know what he's doing." The senior guy then came into with some floor mats acting as if he were trying to load the cooler onto them, assuring me that he's done this many times and got it un
