    Worst company to have the custom stair built. Zero customer service. All the money paid upfront. Stair was installed on 17th of August. Still waiting for the railings almost 2 months later. Only last week they said they forgot to make the railings. Stair was installed an inch away from wall. Cant get the painting done there on wall neither can stain the stair. Their guys glued the hand rail strips. All the glue went onto raw veneers and ripped veneer from stringers. They patched up $17000.00 job

    We are very sorry to hear you were are not satisfied with your stair purchase. The stairs were built exactly as per your specifications and payment was exactly in accordance with the contract signed.It is unfortunate that framing issues, which we are not involved in, impacted the installation. That said we made adaptations during installation at no extra charge. We understand you are not pleased with the grain match, and we have offered to change the veneer but you have declined. We also understand your stainer will not complete the job. While we do not get involved in painting/staining we have offered to try and find you an alternative stainer. Please realize we are limited in providing solutions to issues that are outside the scope of your purchase from us.
