I have finally been able to retrieve my antique watch after over 6 months. He wasn't able to repair it but kept it and kept telling me it was repaired. Today, I finally got it back with police presence and $150...it is totally destroyed. See pic. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS!!

Do not go to this guy. He has no knowledge on watch repairs whatsoever. Tried to sell fake AP for $13,500 that had subhands fallen off, screws missing, crown not working. Very dishonest man.
Took my antique Rolex in with a broken hairspring. (A common fix for these watches) I paid $400 but it wasn't fixed correctly. I took it back 5 times over the next year and it got worse each time. After the last time, it didn't work at all and could not be fixed. I took it to two reputable dealers who looked at it and said it had been destroyed with wrong parts put in it & some damaged parts. Had to sell it for parts to re coupe repair costs. My $5000 Rolex destroyed.
After we had our clock repaired I realized the original dial of clock had been replaced and went back to BCWR. I showed Mohammad a photo of our original dial to prove it had been replaced and he yelled at me. His wife who was not there when I took the clock to BCWR and had not seen our dial, defended him and shouted and swore at my brother who was with me. They called the police and seemed oddly happy about it because the cops would tell us to leave and advise us to contact BBB and small claims.
My sister originally gave gave BC watch repair 5 stars but have now reassessed them.
We realised that the original silver dial (clock face) of the clock had been changed for a lacquered one with poorly painted numbers. She went back to Mohammed. He was rude his wife swore at me. Police came, said they could do nothing but write an Incident Report. I have since read another review of Mohammed having similarly changed a watch face.
This guy is a master craftsman with a heart of gold!
We heard great things about Mohamed from other reviews but put off repairs of a vintage luxury watch for our daughter's university graduation until an unreasonably sort period of time before her celebration. Even with a "crazy-short" turnaround time, he gave us a beautifully refurbished watch in time for her graduation, and at an exceptionally reasonable price!
We won't go to anyone else, from now on, any timepiece repair!
Honest people, went to get my Movado Automatic fixed and in one week it was done and ready. They even gave me some maintenance tips for the future. Will definitely recomend them.
I have a 20 year old Mido 'Commander' watch that needed repairing after the winding screw came out of the body.One quote came to $500, far more than the watch was worth,so I looked around for an alternative.I found Mohamed's site on 'Google' and sent him an e.mail.I took the watch to him and he did an excellent job re-fitting the winder and servicing the mechanism. I was very pleased with the quick service(and)very fair cost involved.Mohamed is a craftsman of the first order
Fast and professional. Excellent workmanship. Very honest...I was given a price for fixing my clock and when I picked it up he lowered the price because it didn't take as long to fix as he thought it would. That's very rare in today's world! I recommend Vintage to everyone.
Brought in a vintage Bulova and he had it working in 48 hours. Super fast and affordable! Mohammed did a fantastic job and is very personable.
They are also very knowledgable about movements and retaining value in older models.

I just had work done on a vintage watch and a clock. Excellent work, good communication, very pleasant person to deal it. He gave an estimate and the total cost was exactly as the estimate. Quick work too.
I mailed my watch to this business after my local watch repair store told me that my watch was too old to fix and would be too expensive to send anywhere else. When vintage watch received my watch they contacted me with a very reasonable estimate and I emailed them the money and 10 days later I received my perfectly restored watch in the mail. This watch is a sentimental piece and so I am very grateful that it is now in working order.
Took in my great grandmothers pocket watch as it was not working.They estimated to service and clean the inner workings $100.seemed fair to me.Days latter they called to pick up.He said he adjusted a few things,and confirmed age and its was gold not just plated.There was no charge.I would have never known what he did or did not do,very honest Man.I will take all my watches to him.Thanks
I bought an antique sterling silver key wound pocket watch at a flea market in Paris that wasn't working. I first took it to a watch repair shop on Lonsdale in North Vancouver (which said they worked on pocket watches) and was told there was absolutely no way it could be fixed. Then I got in touch with Vintage Watch Restore. WOW! Not only did Nikol clean and restore the watch to working order, he found a Victorian silver fob that fits watch perfectly. I am one happy customer.
