I have always waited for a VERY long time at this location--at least 40 minutes. The staff are rude and unwelcoming. Most of them do not know anything about glasses. They have a very high turnover as the person who runs the front part of the shop, whose name is Amaya I believe, is most unpleasant, hostile and aggressive. The quality of the work they do is very poor. There are many stores near by which are better. This is a waste of time. Strongly not recommended.

My experience at this location was terrible! My mom and I came here a few days ago. My mom and I wanted to buy some frames, but the associate(I think her name was Ivan or Eviean or something) was awful! she told my mom the frames she bought would last her three years. We bought them and when we came home, the frames were defective. We went back the next day(yesterday around 3 o clock) to return them, and even though SHE told us we would be able to return them, we couldnt!misleading!

Terrible customer service. Waste of time.

I've been coming back here to this location for years. Amaya is always prompt to find me a style that I love. They are always so kind, courteous and very helpful. There's a lot of glasses places out there that charge too much. This is not one of them. Prices are very reasonable and they have a variety to choose from. I would recommend the blue light blocking lenses. I didn't even know they existed but Amaya went through the lens options with me and I decided on those! Fantastic!
