You ROCK!!!! Vancouver branch!!!!!

After shopping at Nedco I am compelled to write this review , I'd just like to say I had a really great experience shopping at Nedco and I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone. The staff there are very helpful and are very knowledgeable , they assisted me in acquiring everything I needed for the job I was working for on, and for items that they did not carry they did not hesitate pointing me in the right direction, it's nice to see a company that excels in customer service 👍😀

I have to say that from beginning to end I experienced awesome customer service from Nedco. The staff are professional and very helpful , I've been to many stores and I have to say hands-down Nedco is the best I would definitely come back I thought I'd express my feelings !!!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍

Bad customer servicee

Very bad customer service, everyone at the counter are very rude. Return policy instruction on the ceiling (above your head) and they expect you to read that in that little store before you buy anything. if you do not read that is your problem. 25% handling charge for returned items even if you don't open the original box. charging for restocking the item. printing paper, ink, c/card machine usage, etc. Never seen a company and the service like this before. Avoid this place, go to a reputed company has good return policy and good product.
