My approach to counselling is person centered evocative therapy. That means that I believe that you, as the client, are the only person in the entire universe that has access and expertise on you. My role is to follow your experience moment-by-moment through a process that occurs under the framework of a therapeutic relationship. Through the process of self-experience confrontation, you will start to feel empowered and reconnect with that part of yourself that you either have never experienced or have become disconnected from for whatever understandable reason. You will have a compassionate space to embrace your own experience and I will provide you with my complete attention to hear and reflect the edge of your experience in an active and non judgmental way, which will help you feel connected to yourself to do the experiential work that is necessary to make the changes in your life happen.     There is so much ...

    There is so much I can say about No Fear Counselling, but nothing would do it justice so I'll keep this short. Offir gave me my life back. I received fantastic therapy and advice which returned me to a normality that I thought was lost. Another thing I notice about Offir is that he genuinely cares about his clients and always does his best to find time for you. If you want a counselling service that you can trust, this is the one!

    Really great serv...

    Really great service, My first time ever going to any thing like this so I was nervous at first but I was made feel totally at ease. The methods and techniques used really helped me and have made a massive improvement to my day to day life and in my relationships. I would recommend anybody to go along.
