350$ for 4 screws and lugs added to my bike. When they imidatly failed and broke al receptionist wants to say some weird stuff to me, and I cant figure out what's going on - a month later I call back and I ask for al directly- to get one of his workers saying I abused there secretary and that I must be an expert to know what I'm talking about- I have been cheated in every way. They failed to provide the survice agreed upon. Trying to remedy it caused disownwership tactics - as a wronged customer

Amazing general manager was super helpful and friendly; got my work done quickly and the quality is top of the line!

These guys messed up my part, when clearly said do not scratch back surface where friction bearing goes - they back dropped it put a ding in it, scratched it and tried cover/fix it by resurfacing it. Seriously not professional! Also didn't know what metric tolerance codes were.
