Founded in 1948, RJC is one of Canada's largest consulting engineering firms specializing in building envelope design, restoration, roof consulting and structural engineering. Throughout our 65+ year history, we have emphasized prompt, responsive client service and technical excellence.     This company adjusts repair cost in the strata depreciation report year-over-year according to the market value of the building rather than material and labour of the repair work, therefore the cost is totally inconsistent. How could the fluctuation of land value, which constitutes the majority of buildings market value, determine repair cost? Mandatory repairs and cost estimation are simply common-sense defying - replacing membrane (upper rain coating layer) of the balconies of a <20 year old
