These guys are awesome ! I have rented alot of limos and hands down these guys have the cleanest and nicest fleet of vehicles around ! We have taken the party bus and the suvs to concerts and they have always gone above and beyond with there service. Always picked up and dropped off on time. With a non rushed service like some of the others ! Best company around hands down !!! Thanks California Dream Keep it up !!!
They cancelled less than 24hrs before a booked pick up because they realized they were 'overbooked' on New Years Eve. Didn't offer any help to find something else and suggested I book a taxi. They left myself and 12 friends out in the cold to struggle for a ride on New Years Eve. We had booked and given our credit card a week prior, but it wasn't a 'confirmed' booking apparently. Who does that?! I don't suggest booking with them if you want to actually get picked up and dropped off to your special event.
Just for the record, This Lady who is complaining about us not showing up on New Years did not have a booking with us. She couldn't remember what Limo Company she had called, So she is going around calling limo companies looking for her booking. If we don't have and email comfirmation it isn't a confirmed booking....
