Staff is great, but whoever decided to have the doctors on call at the hospital while accepting regular appointments is daft! Twice I’ve driven 20 minutes one way for the appointment only to be delayed over an hour, and the second time 4 hours. I don’t live in town I can’t just keep running back hoping for the best. Certain if a patient pulled that there would be a no-show fee.
