They are never opened because of lack of staff. The soup is always cold and tastes like its been scraped off of the bottom of the pot. The cookies are always burned. The staff arent trained properly because i went there with a show and save coupon and the girl didnt know how to punch it in. You wait at least 15 mins in line before your served due to only 1-2 people working at a time. Overall the employees are allowed to wear sweats with holes in them and the place needs a good clean.
