I have been getting my pants hemmed here for years, and I have always found them to be fast, friendly, and affordable. The one time there was an issue with their work they fixed it right away with no additional charge to me. I highly recommend them

Very friendly and good work done! I have taken many items to them including childrens items, female adult items and male adult items, and a hockey jersey to stitch items on. Very pleased with their service over numerous years.

Great Service

I brought in some pants for alterations. The work was done on time, good quality and their prices seemed reasonable. The lady was very friendly and knew exactly what alterations were needed.

The 2 reviews below are opposite my experience. Language is occasionally difficult which may have lead to a misunderstanding. They are the nicest people in WPG and eager to please. I am very particular. Their work is top-notch. Their precision, attention to detail, fashion sense and knowledge of the strain patterns at the various locations of the garments makes them unequivocal. Prices average to low. Sadly, I have moved out of MB & miss being able to use them. The best tailors I know.

Rude and arrogant owner

I use the service of accurate stitching on regularly basis. I found no problems dealing with the female employee. Last week I was discussing with her tailoring some 20 similar items for me. As I was describing the items and pricing, the male employee (turns to be her husband and the owner) came in the middle to interfere in the discussion. He was loud and told me to speak to him about pricing as she didn't understand English. I was shocked but reacted calmly and told him to let me finish the discussion with the lady as I dealt with her numerous times and understood her English perfectly. He continued his unprofessional attitude and told me that he does not want to allow me to speak to his wife. I told him to stop speaking loudly and let me finish with the lady. He became intolerant, difficult and told me: "get out you are a bum". Customers witnessed this, shaked their heads and walked away from the store. I was dismissed so rudely. I do not ever recall dealing with a business that seemed so intimidating and offensive in their actions mistreat a customer, I work in an office building nearby and I think of my experience every time I walk by Winnipeg Square.

Loyal customers no more; paid but no work done

My wife and I used to be frequent, loyal customers but not anymore. I got my jeans back a few weeks ago and noticed that it was still long. I informed them of the problem and they told me that the jeans I'm showing them was still factory stitched! I was surprised. That would mean that I got my jeans back, paid for it and yet no work was done. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt and they wouldn't believe my side of the story. I was treated very badly -- as if I'm trying to steal from them. So now, they've lost 2 frequent customers. All for a service which costs less than $7.
