    Brought my Espresso machine to get looked at. They Charged me $80 to assess it. After they assessed it they said the boiler needs replacing. Going to cost $170 plus $90 for 1 hour labour. I’m amazed that these little repair shops are still in business with the amount that they charge. I can put that towards a new machine with warranty. Poor communication on there part.

    Complete waste of time. I called ahead and I was told the Delonghni service man would be there from 10-5, I got there at 10. The owner asked me if I was the guy who called yesterday, yes. Then he told me that the Delonghni person isn't here he is at the other store. I am sure my machine is fine I just need some help programming it and the owner told me just to go home and play with it until you get the coffee the way you want. I had been doing that, I drove 1 hour to get no service. Thanks

    I brought my vacuum in and told them that I paid $150 for the vacuum and just told them to change or repair the broken hose the following day I picked up the vacuum they glued the hose and put in a Chinese knock off filter they did something with the roller which I never asked them to do and charge me $150 ****DO NOT BRING YOUR VACUUM HERE!!!!!****

    0 stars if I could. Brought my 15 yr old vacuum in because the beater bar stopped working. I was charged 33.89 just to drop it off and diagnose the problem. They were advised if it was more than $100. not to fix it. I was assured that it wouldn't be and the 33.89 would be deducted from the cost of repair. When I picked the machine up they charged an additional 29. + tax to repair a broken wire and 69. + tax To replaced belts and bulbs that was not required and unauthorized. DON'T GO HERE!

    I had a broken rug shampooer, took in for service. They told me it was shot, but had a reconditioned one I could buy. As much as I could, I looked at it in the store, seemed OK. Owner talked it up, said this was best brand etc. but of course it was the only one they had. I tried it, realized it was not the one in the booklet that came with it, missing a screw. Went back to store, owner knew before I got there what was missing. Tried again, can't empty. Took back. No refund. "all sales final".

    Customer Service

    Customer service I experienced from this business is lower than poor. They mixed up all of the info I gave them, took the part I droped of to their second location. When i requestet to pick it up at the location I droped it of at, They refused to do it. (They do advertise free delivery and pick up in the yellow Pages) They said to go somewhere else if I am not happy and that they will throw my part in the garbage. Also they wanted to charge me for the service i never requested.
