I purchased an older Chinese dirt bile later found that the distributor had left canada and parts were not available , outback were able to supply what I needed to get my bike running and were generous with advice. I am very grateful for their assistance in doing this project. They really bent over backward to help me. M. V.

I dare say this b...

I dare say this business woyld be a good reason for a negative star rating. Initial service was okay, however, the substandard offshore product they sell are not the only ones cutting corners. Very poor business etiquette, product, and service. Strongly recommend NOT doing business here.

Bad customer service and owner so RUDE!

I purchased a Fuxin 150 cc dune buggy for my husband from Outbackpower in 2011, about two months later the reverse cable broke, we had the cable looked at by a shop in town here and they said the cable was manufactured poorly and the reason for it breaking so quickly. We called the owner of Outbackpower to order a new one under warranty, we were told that is not covered it is considered wear and tear. We inquired to the cost of a new one and it was $29.99, so we ordered it. We were told 6 weeks for it to arrive. With one issue after another, after another, excuse after exuse, we finally received it in October......SIX MONTHS LATER and it cost us $93.97!! At one point my husband called the owner to find out when our reverse cable would be in, while he was talking to him he told him that he would really like to give him good word of mouth business but the way things are going with our cable he doesn't know if he can. The OWNER said "I already have your money and could care less about your 'good word of mouth' because I am so busy right now" and `Ìm the only business in Canada where you can get parts so I wouldn't be burning any bridges`.......are you kidding me!!! Needless to say we will be trading in our dune buggy for a different one because we will NEVER deal with Outbackpower Products in Winnipeg, ever again.

bad product worse service

I bought an o'niel bmx here for my son and after 3 days the crank broke due to cheap parts when I bought it me and my wife were told it had a 2 yr warranty and when I contacted them was told it was only on the frame and it was my responsibility to inspect it better before I bought it long story short fixed it myself after fighting with the owner and being called a liar. They have 3 complaints filed at bbb for the same thing
