Smitty's Restaurant Lounge

Food was good, waitress was great. However when the kitchen staff come into the restaurant they shouldn't have their pants handing below their butt. Also, staff shouldn't sit in the restaurant and discuss management - some advice "don't worry all you get is a slap on the wrist nothing really happens." Last time I was there the owner turned the heat off in the lounge. not very impressed with new management.

I usually love it here. This morning I was so disappointed. No wait staff in sight. Coffee cup empty! No HP sauce offered for steak and eggs. Waiting waiting for the server to appear, then I notice she is sitting in the next booth visiting with a friend. Food was good and a good temperature. Wait staff needs to put the customers first. I usually love the weekend server.

The worst custome...

The worst customer service ever. We were turned away at 7:00 pm they were not taking anymore customers. This restaurant picks when they want to close. If I could give this location a minus star for a review I would.

Great place

Love it there. We go at least twice a month, lounge or restaurant. Their waitresses are really friendly and we always have a good meal there. Maybe one time in the last year have we had any complaints, and it was minor, had to send back toast that was too dark.

This place sucks

There was a problem with our food tried talking to the manger and she didn't want to hear it. Took off the breakfast and throw the recipt at me. Never going back again.
