    My parcel is in Fredericton on hold because of rerouting. No one called ti tell me and when I call them it’s a 30 minute wait. I’ve use the call back and no one will call back. How is a delivery company so buisy they can’t answer the phone. I need my parcel today. Very very angry and disappointed especially when I can only talk to a machine that doesn’t understand what I want.

    I only encountered 3 times with purolator delivery. First time never came, had to pick it up. Second and third time (I learned and remind them to come while waiting on my balcony all day) delayed because of sorting error and weather excuse for expensive prime delivery.
