    My tracking from Way Fare indicates that my parcel went out for delivery at 9:00 am today. It is almost 1:00 pm and I tried to call UPS in Fredericton to track when my parcel was going to be delivered. I was hung up on twice when I call the UPS number to find out when the parcel will be delivered today and its looking like I will be sitting home all day waiting for my parcel. Extremely poor service and I will never recommend UPS as a delivery service, shoddy work!

    The package has been sitting in the local depot for two days. The tracking info says it has been delayed because of either an emergency!?! or bad weather...there's not a cloud in the sky!! There's no way of contacting the local depot to get an explanation of what exactly is going on. It took one day for the parcel to get from NYC to Lachine Quebec and three days to languish somewhere in Canada. I will be lodging a complaint with B & H Photo in NYC suggesting they change courier.

    I was informed by UPS they could provide services for importing a shipment, they were CC'd on all communication for over a year. I specifically asked about the ability for providing the importing service on several occasions and was assured by UPS that they could provide the service. Once my shipment left for Canada UPS emailed and said they couldn't help me. I scrambled to find a new broker and incurred almost $1000 in fees. My calls have not been returned from UPS despite several voicemails.

    my friend sent me a present and she paid about $60 to mail it, then I had to go in and pay another $44.00 for brokerage fees, I will never ever again use UPS!

    realy disappointe...

    realy disappointed with delivery it has been over 2 WEEKS that this parcel is at your facility and I still do not have it, you`d think that a courier like yours would be more compettant. Last time I use UPS. I won`t order if it`s shipped with ups
