Altimate Home Solution installed a heat pump VKIN 36 HDCH over 3 months and it was never working.After many lies by the company on the phone, we were forced to replace the entire system from another company.The boss and the mechanics have no knowledge of such systems. They sell inferior quality for a lot of money.

My recent experience: -Heat pumps installed fine -Electrical - Subcontracted, AHS had little to do with it. -Insulation - The vast majority was not done. -Bathroom reno - installed tiles with nails, so theyre broken and separating. Plus I had a sewage leak because he couldnt install the toilet. Then he scratched and cracked my tub. -Customer service is appalling. The owner needs constant reminders when doing quotes, he needs reminders during the job and will blatantly lie after he scams you.
