I highly recommend John Duprey and his team for top-notch construction methods and concern for the environment. John and his team recently completed some complicated renovations in the basement rec room, originally fashioned more than 50 years ago (house is >100 years old). They also built a replacement lattice panel fence, with special top trim and an angled gate, along an L-shaped section of asphalt driveway. Areas where they were working were well-protected from plaster dust, debris and dirt.
I'm a contractor new to the area and this is my second house I've built since arriving. The previous drywall finish was adequate but not up to the standards I'm accustomed to. John and his crew were professional and punctual and was pleased with the end result. If you want it done right hire professionals not your local handy man. Unless you are half blind the result is quite obvious.
Selecting a stranger to complete a permanent finish to your home on a major DIY project takes a leap of faith. John's team provided professional and punctual service. They took their time to conduct a proper estimate which was reflected fairly in the final invoice. The work, the most important part really, turned out great and was completed in quickly. Good at returning calls and emails, answering questions and dealing with concerns leading up to the drywall phase. Definitely recommend them.
Had these guys do the upstairs of my story and a half house that was built in the 1800's. Tons of crazy angles and challenges. They did a great job. Definitely recommend them!
