Owner is terrible to customers and staff.

Normally I shop at Aquarica, but I decided to go somewhere closer. My first time shopping at here was not a terrible experience, but for someone who buys aquarium supplies and plants frequently I was very disappointed. Their plants are a bit over priced, substrate is way over priced, and the plants were not even close to aquarica’s quality..

We have usually had good advice and thoughtful help whenever there. The amounts of fish and plants can vary greatly and is disappointing at times...stocks are kept low. That said..you can put an order in easily and they are highly cooperative and helpful. Fish stores have come and gone in this town...this one I hope has staying power because of good ,knowledgeable staff.

Terrible display of salt water fish, tanks are always empty but plenty of corals. Excuse always is we had lots and sold most of them. Don’t know how they keep the doors open and their staff are not very knowledgeable when you ask them a question. Guess I go in at the wrong time as the girl at the counter never moves from her stool and never seems to interact with customers very well except to take their money.

Bought 4 plants online, it took them over a month to ship them to me and when they finally arrived 3 of the plants were in terrible condition and one was so thoroughly crushed in transit that it was dead in the bag. I called to ask for a replacement and when they didn't pick up the phone I left a message but its been hours and they still haven't called me back. Go to any other store and you likely wont get such terrible service.

Displeased

The first time i ordered fish from here i was delighted. The gentleman was quick, sent me photos of what i was receiving and shipped it all out in a matter of hours. However, that was after weeks of waiting to hear back from other employees, including the supervisor Kathleen. Now the second time around i find myself getting the run-around again. I wish i could be serviced by the same employee, but unfortunately he's not working again for a while. I find everyone is less then pleased to help me..
