The Dr was very articulate and clear in what she was telling us. She kept eye contact with the patient, my brother, as she went over his diagnosis even though he was having memory issues. She treated him with dignity and respect and didn't overlook him. She gave us time for questions and her answers resolved any apprehensions we had. The meeting wasn't rushed and we were more calm and hopeful after the meeting. I was very impressed with her manner towards her co-workers as well as with us.
