I would like to compliment your company & employees for the excellent service I received while using your service.
I thought I had lost/misplaced my identification & credit cards. Turns out I had dropped my card wallet while using your cab service & was returned to me!!Front door service! Saved me having the task of replacing these items.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive with Ace Cabs. However, in this situation, your company exceeded my expectations!!
Unfortunately, one of the ACE cabs backed into my car while picking up a fare. The driver came to my door to inform me of the incident. We exchanged insurance information, the driver took photos of the damage and left. Within 30 minutes the Manager, Shane, arrived at my door to let me know that ACE Cabs would cover all costs of the repair to my car. He has since followed up to check on the progress of repairs. I applaud the integrity of this company and their drivers.
New Year's Eve and we called early in the day to book a cab and the lady (who was lovely) told us they weren't taking reservations, but if we call an hour before and we would have no problem. So we called them an hour and a half before we wanted to leave and the line was busy for hours and hours. Finally we got a hold of dispatch half an hour before we wanted to leave and we're told it was an hour wait. We are about to miss the countdown and dispatch was so incredibly rude I was blown away.
