Dr Aboud is a nice, competent doctor. The previous messages are regarding Dr Alkadhimi, in which are 100 percent correct. In fact, my 14 year old daughter got a great dose of his rudeness!

Doctor Rana is an amazing family doctor and I have been going to her since I moved to acton, she took amazing care of me during my Pregnancy and now is my son (who’s 8 months) & my daughter ( who is 6) doctor. My daughter loves going to see her 😊

I am very shocked by the bad reviews of this medical building. Dr. R. Abboud is an amazing family doctor who take the time to listen to her patients. She is kind, considerate and really goes to every measure to insure that all of her patients are informed and well cared for. My family of 5 have never been better cared for and I would highly recommend her to anyone with kids, elderly parents or want a fantastic GP. The blood lab is clean and the nurse is very gentle. A+++

Ridiculous

Disgraceful service from a doctor who clearly could care less. "Doctor" Raouf-Alkadhimi had written a prescription before I could even finish explaining what was wrong, didn't even try to hide the fact he clearly had better things to do as he stood up before I finished speaking to cut the conversation short. He wouldn't even examine me physically to ensure his diagnosis (which he managed to come to as soon as I said I had a cough) was correct.Do yourself a favour and see any other doctor please.

The lead Doctor, ...

The lead Doctor, if you can call him that, is incredibly rude, disrespectful, uncaring and arrogant which is strange considering he seems to be consistantly wrong about nearly every diagnosis. I have confirmed that my experience was not unique, as several other former patients I have spoken with have had similar experiences. Do yourself a favour and avoid this clinic like the plague, you would be better off going just about anywhere else.
