They were the only company that actually answered the phone. The service was prompt and punctual. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of septic pumping!
What a great company....from the initial phone call to the service performed was just top notch in my books....you can just tell when its a close knit family run business, everything just comes together without delays or screw ups.
This company showed up with only one hose for a large property. The young and inexperienced man automatically said there's nothing he could do. I told him their company did this job last time and he just didn't seem to care. Said they only have one hose, other hoses are broken. I don't understand why a septic cleaning company would accept a job if they are unable to do the work. Waste of my time and his. Instead of being nice and suggesting a way to solve the problem, like coming back with another hose or recommending another company.. He acted as if they didn't need my business anyways and it's my problem I have a big front lawn.
Needless to say his people skills need work and this company should have a better back up plan for this problem in the future. Very bad experience!
All septic companies should know that some lawns are larger than others and should always have a second hose just in case! If their second hose in broken then they shouldn't be taking on new jobs until it's fixed. Big waste of time!
I think this gentlemen has gotten his companies mixed up. we carry upto 250 feet of hose which include 6 or 7 separate hose lengths. Theres no way we would only work with one or two hoses. we have been pumping septics for 20 plus years and know what it takes to service our clients. This gentleman obviously has had a bad experience with some other company...our other feedback supports what I am explaining here

Prompt response time. Professional, courteous and excellent service.
Kyle was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficiently completed the septic tank pumping in no time.
The results were 100% satisfactory.
Anyone in the King Township region and beyond are encouraged to ring A1.
I would recommend A1 without question!!!
We were quite delighted with the level of service right from the friendly receptionist to the two technicians that came out on the date and time that was promised...Well done...very happy after dealing with so many bad ones in the past...
