    I have been havin...

    I have been having my pool opened and closed with this company for the past few years... This year we needed a new liner...... Not only was their price exceptionally reasonable, the workmanship was fantastic. The staff are friendly and courteous... And the best part is they are very particular in what they do. I have been a pool owner for 20 plus years and would recommend this company to my closest friends :)

    This has been the...

    This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a pool company over the past 12 years of owning various homes with pools. This company closed my pool once, and never will again because now as I'm opening it, I've realized that they left the pump plugged in which has, of course, caused it to break. They're denying any responsibility which I find to be quite distasteful. Would not recommend coming to this organization for anything.

    We were accused of damaging a pump. In fact we have opened this pool twice , both times informing the homeowner the pump was seized and needed attention to start it. It was on its last legs and the homeowner knew this. We did not open the pool this year but was told the pump did not work. We noted the pool had been vacuumed previous to our inspection and installation of a new pump. Out of good will we discounted a new pump, and installed it. We had tried to help this customer despite having an old , out dated , in operable pump from our past experiences at this location.
