    Placed insurance with StoneRidge in Ancaster for my home and business. Received excellent customer service from both brokers I dealt with, had answers to all my questions and looked after all of my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for personal or business insurance!

    I've dealt with several insurance companies over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Terrible communication, and the worst customer service I have yet to see. Extremely unprofessional to deal with, rude, and confrontational. Definitely do NOT deal with these people-there's much better out there.
